Donate blood in Colombia
82 centres in 34 cities
Colombia's blood banks are overseen by the National Health Institute (INS). Donations supply both public and private healthcare, with steady demand in emergencies, oncology and maternity wards.
Recent national figures point to millions of blood components collected every year; health authorities still aim to cover domestic needs without relying on imports.
Regions with larger hospital networks —such as Antioquia, Cundinamarca or Valle— tend to show more donation sites, but operational banks exist in mid-sized towns as well.
Our directory lists 82 blood donation centres across 34 cities in Colombia. Data comes from official sources or OpenStreetMap and is refreshed regularly.
