Donate blood in México
467 centres in 175 cities
Mexico's blood bank network is coordinated by the National Blood Transfusion Centre (CNTS), while each state runs hospital services that prepare and distribute components.
Seasonal shortages remain a challenge: accidents, scheduled surgery and childbirth drive demand in major cities and industrial corridors.
Altruistic donation is the legal standard; many centres publish variable opening hours and call more urgently for O negative donors and platelets.
Our directory lists 467 blood donation centres across 175 cities in México. Data comes from official sources or OpenStreetMap and is refreshed regularly.
