On September 20, 2026, a special service bus lost control due to brake failure at the intersection of Carrera 4A and Calle 192, in the El Codito area of Usaquén, Bogotá. The accident resulted in injuries to 9 people, including the driver and three minors, who experienced contusions and soft tissue trauma without loss of consciousness.
