Emergencies in Jabalpur on 22/10/2026

In Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India, at around 1 a.m. on October 22, 2026, a high-tension power line fell onto a tractor-trolley during an idol immersion procession. The incident happened as participants were transporting an idol to Narili Pond for immersion.

This tragic event resulted in the deaths of three young men and caused serious injuries to more than ten others due to electric shocks. Supporting the victims and the hospitals caring for them is essential.
