Emergencies in Madrid on 20/08/2026

In Madrid, two men were involved in fatal pedestrian accidents. A 74-year-old man was hit on Avenida de América while crossing in an area not designated for pedestrians. Despite 40 minutes of resuscitation efforts, he succumbed to his severe injuries.

Additionally, a 65-year-old man died after being hit on the M-506 in Pinto. He suffered multiple injuries and was declared deceased at the scene despite resuscitation attempts.
