Seven shipyard workers in Rajkot died when their SUV collided with a stationary trailer on the Bhavnagar–Somnath National Highway. The accident happened around 8:30 a.m. while they were traveling to work.
Six workers died at the scene, and one more passed away later at the hospital. The police have initiated an investigation to determine the cause of the accident and have started a rescue operation.
